FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Seasoned executive will lead customer success strategy, blending Chief of Chaos’s entrepreneurial roots with XPFlow’s scale.

DALLAS, TX — May 6, 2026 — XPFlow today announced the appointment of Patti Jones as Vice President of Customer Success. The appointment follows XPFlow’s recent acquisition of Chief of Chaos, where Patti most recently served as Senior Director of Client Services. In her new role, she will lead the company’s client success strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and help shape how XPFlow delivers long-term value to its growing roster of partners.

Patti brings a track record of building strategic, high-touch client relationships that scale. At Chief of Chaos, she navigated rapid growth across a diverse client base, working with everyone from early-stage brands to mature organizations, while preserving the high-touch, consultative approach that defined the agency’s success.

“I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of relationships and results,” said Patti. “Client success sits right at that balance, where you’re not just delivering a service, but driving meaningful outcomes for partners. At XPFlow, I want to build a culture where we anticipate client needs, use data to guide decisions, and consistently look for ways to unlock new growth opportunities. It’s not just about retention. It’s about expansion, advocacy, and long-term partnership value.”

The expanded VP role reflects XPFlow’s commitment to making customer success a core driver of business growth. Patti will work across teams to refine systems that scale, mentor talent within the organization, and influence how customer success contributes directly to revenue and product evolution.

“Chief of Chaos brought a strong entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset, with a focus on creativity and adaptability,” Patti added. “XPFlow adds scale, structure, and the ability to amplify that impact across a larger ecosystem. Together, there’s a real opportunity to blend agility with sophistication, keeping the innovative spirit while building more repeatable and scalable processes.”

Patti joins XPFlow with a deep understanding of what made Chief of Chaos successful at a foundational level, particularly its approach to partnerships and growth. That perspective positions her to preserve what worked at Chief of Chaos while identifying where the combined business can evolve, ensuring continuity for existing partners while driving progress for the next chapter.
